This big boy room is by Amy from Tulip and Turnip. She decorated this room
using things from the present and things from the past to create
a "camping" theme.

Many of the momentos were her father's. Amy's son and "Pop Pop" are special buddies so Amy designed the room with lots of her dad's old gear.
Amy picked up these oars and painted them! You can get the tutorial here.
She was inspired by Pottery Barn, but I think hers look MUCH better!
And someday, I will copy this idea!

And the entire room....
...a boy's paradise!
There are so many nostalgic items in this room I can't show them all!
Amy even put in a Quija board! Remember those?
So put your fingers together....lightly....on your mouse.....and it will move you
over to Tulip and Turnip. All by itself. Seriously.

Great room! I love how she used things from her dad! Just great! Thanks for always being a fun place to visit!
I love the way those mementos were framed out. The whole room is very clean and attractive while still being suitable for a boy. Great job! Thanks for linking up to my Mod Mix Monday party!
