I was honoured to be asked to be a Guest Designer at
The challenge is "All That Glitters". I was given some images to work with, have to admit I've never used CD images before, so it was new territory for me. I think I did okay....
I choose this lovely rose image, printed it out on some textured cardstock and that's all I had to do to have it card ready. Easy!
I know, I know. That don't look very glittery. Here then, check this out....
Okay, it still doesn't look all that glittery. But, it does prove that I did indeed cover the rose with a coat of clear Wink of Stella pen. So, believe me when I say, it looks much more glittery in real life. I do like glitter, until I have to try to photograph it. Then I say lots of rude, uncomplimentary things about it.

if by "did ok" you mean, "totally & completely ROCKED IT" then yeah... you did ok with this one, miss jan! glitter NEVER really looks the same in photos, does it? but of course i will take your word on the excellent sparkly nature of this card, which would make it EVEN COOLER than it is now... good thing you're already in canada b/c i don't think a lower latitude could tolerate THAT MUCH COOL, lol! (seriously, missus, this is magnificent!!!!!) thanks for SHOPPING YOUR STASH with us this week! :)
