Okay so in the quest to increase my knowledge as previously mentioned I have been studying at the My Favourite Things Summer School. I probably am not the best student as I am handing my homework in out of order, but I will add, on time.
This is lesson #1 Composition - The Rule of thirds. Which is where you divide your card into 9 equal parts by using 2 equally spaced horizontal lines and 2 equally spaced vertical lines. Thus creating a visually pleasing layout.
I made myself a handy dandy template out of left over laminate by drawing the lines in permanent marker. I can place this on my card and see through it to see the placement of embellishments etc.
In this card I have used Paper Smooches Chubby Chums, Cow (and who says pigs always get to be pink).
I am also going to enter this into the Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge June Anything Goes (wk3)

So fun, Karen ... that pig cow is just adorable ... such a cute scene! Anita :)
Too cute! And a wonderful rule of thirds design! I wanted to play along with the MFT challenges but just had too many other things happening. Great info! Hope to play with the next set of classes!!!
