…set for dinner with good friends of ours.
It’s fun to set a pretty table but it’s even better to enjoy a meal with our dear friends around the table.
I’m linking to Tablescape Thursday with Susan at Between Naps on the Porch.
Photobucket replaced all my photos with blurred out versions and they are holding my photos hostage until I pay them lots of money. I’m slowly going through all my posts and trying to clean them up and replacing some photos. Such a bother.
What a lovely table….makes me hopeful for Spring. And I do so love your new cabinet….I’ve already forgotten what you called it….but I LOVE it.
Beautiful table, Ellen. Def a Spring feel to it! Your cabinet looks wonderful!
Your plate pattern in one of my favorites. It is light and airy and looks fabulous on your table….Have a great day in the PACNW.
Thanks always for sharing such beautiful photos and stories…
And, I love the cookbook. When it arrived the day that Lovella posted on
her blog, I was sooooo excited….I read and re-read the stories and comments.
Best cookbook I own and I have about 150 of them….The stories and quotes in cookbooks rock.
Very pretty!!!
Beautiful! I see the little bird there! One day we will make it to your table too.
Absolutely beautiful table setting! I love ALL your table settings — they always inspire me!
Your tablescapes are always so pretty Ellen. The time and creativity you take to create them tells your guests how special they are.
Beautiful. I love your chargers.
It is very lovely, Ellen. And I also love that paint color on your walls!
You really go all out! I’m trying to figure out how you made the very cute ‘placecards’. It all looks amazing.
Gorgeous table Ellen!

Lovely. What is the name of those blue dishes?
Kathy, On the back of these dishes it says Denmark English Ironstone made for Franciscan. I have another similar pattern that is called Finlandia…
Such a pretty table. Love the Gibralter green goblets; I just found 2 of those calling my name at a thrift store, so they had to come home to join my blue ones!
I love the combination of the blue and white plates with the chargers you have chosen; they look great together!
The placecard holders are very sweet. Your green goblets add a nice touch as well.
Very lovely tablescape!
