Frosty! @ Little Red Wagon

This week at

it's Joanne's turn to pick the challenge and apparently she hasn't had enough of this cold, snowy weather because she wants us to celebrate it by using the word "Frosty" as our inspiration. And she wants to see snow too.

As someone who much prefers to enjoy the outdoors from indoors I say, "Boo!" Actually, I say, "Brrrrrr." But seeing as she didn't tell us to drag our supplies outside to make something, to truly get into the spirit of the challenge, to be one with nature while we lost all feeling in our little piggies, while our fingers got a touch of frostbite and our nostrils froze completely shut (yes, it's that cold here) I managed to put something together.

And here it is.....

Digi was a freebie from MelonHeadz.  And yes, that's just about how I look if I go outside in the winter.  Well, as long as she's wearing at least three layers on the bottom and four layers on the top, that is.

So why not celebrate the season of Brrrrr and head on over to Little Red Wagon and enter the challenge? And, while you're there, be sure to check out the wonderful projects the other Girlfriends have created.

  6. I love your sense of humor. If we can't have fun on our blog posts, why post?! I love this card; it's adorable and I love the image. Sorry I missed the freebie! I like how you used the baker's twine with the snowflake. Cute and adorable.

Okay, so ever since I started my blog (well, maybe not right from the get-go, it was probably a good six months or so before I realized you could change it from just "Leave your comment") I've tried to come up with something witty to type here.

*sitting with brow furrowed in concentration*...*staring at the ceiling while pursing lips*...*resting with head on hand while tapping foot*...

Nope, I still got nothing.
