Collection of stories published originally 1939 and prior.
I found several to be quite dark and depressive as stories of human interest. The Hercule Poirot mystery was what I'm used to in Christie's detective series and found this one well crafted. Clues kept close to his chest and not divulged til the reveal by M. Poirot.
