Here’s a very CAS one layer card. I rubbed various Inktense block colors on my focal image, spritzed the stamp lightly with water before stamping onto the card base. With a brush, I painted over the vase and flowers using the same colors I used to stamp the image. (I really love the vivid colors produced by Inktense blocks.) I stamped the sentiment in dark blue ink and then added 3 small pearls to finish this very simple card.
Supplies:
Stamps: Simple Flowers and Sentiments, SUBWAY ART BUILDERS: Mom – Quiet Strength (STAMPlorations)

Card Base: 140-lb Cold-Press Watercolor Paper (Canson)
