CASology # 84
This week's CASology cue is PAINT. I have mixed feelings about paint, actual paint I mean. I used to use it all the time on my scrapbook pages when I used foam stamps but haven't done that in years. But for my kids, I'm not a big fan, at least of the clean up anyway. I remember when my twins were young and I was the helper parent at their co-op preschool once a month, the art project of the day would ALWAYS be paint. It became their teacher's little joke because she knew how much I hated managing twelve 3 year olds with a paint project.
So when I saw the cue card I wanted to use the Papertrey Watercolor Wonder stamps which is a set of paintbrush strokes. Perfect for the kind of crafter that doesn't want to get too messy with paint! LOL.
I stamped a rainbow of brushstrokes along the bottom and inked up the sentiment in those same colors. Not sure how it was gonna turn out as there was some overlap but I figured it would be just like paint.
Thanks for stopping by. Hope you are having a great week.
