I’ve wanted a KitchenAid Stand Mixer for so long. I was hoping I would eventually win one but since there were some awesome holiday deals I was able to score one for 50% off!
My husband gets just as excited about new kitchen appliances as I do, so obviously we had to make something with it right away!
We were preparing for Thanksgiving when it was delivered and we decided to make a chocolate cake with cream cheese icing, chocolate fudge and strawberries. Similar to a Pioneer Woman recipe I found.
We also made the most amazing deep-fried macaroni and cheese balls! I’ll have the recipe posted very soon!!
