thank you Friday Fictioneers, you gave me the confidence to join in my very first writing competition. i’m pretty glad. xoxo
Congratulations KZ! this is a great 100 word piece. 🙂
thank you 🙂
so exciting and you’re welcome! 🙂
And so it goes… this is a great structure for a story. Well done.
thank you 🙂
Brilliantly written in the form of a search history and congratulations on winning the competition
thank you. actually, i was so lost when i saw the photo.haha so i typed jewelry and other senseless stuff in google, haha then, ting!
Always the way it goes. It did take me a while before I could work out how I was going fit this into the story.
well im glad it made sense. and hey, i’m glad you’re back! ^^
Thank you 🙂
Ingeniously crafted. 🙂
thank you 🙂
Wonderful wonderful how you explore different ways of storytelling….this one a pearl, something I would just love to teach in Creative Writing…..and….not many,,really not many are more happy than moi you won and are published! It is totally logical, yet FABULEUX, as we say in French. Ikaw ay isang absolute managinip ng isang manunulat
i knew you’d be happy for me. you encouraged me to write fiction when i was new to blogging! salamat 🙂
This was fantastic. I love that you’re always experimenting with different takes and styles. Your stories always impress, darling!
thank you 🙂 really , i felt like a chose the lazy route lol
The stains from the bodies are always tricky to remove. Try lemon juice and soda water.
hmm how do you know this?! lol ^^ thanks joe
Research for a story….. Yeah! That’s it…….
um… ok… i believe you…
Extremely original and interesting story! Looks like about 500 words. Superb.
thanks 🙂
Oh you’re so spooky and gruesome. Always the dark twist 🙂
thank you 🙂 you know, there was actually a guy who got caught coz the police saw his search history; he was googling for ways to murder his wife.
He’s obviously an idiot lol
You’re obviously brilliant to make such a great story from it 🙂
So different, clever and fun! Your writing never lets down, KZ 🙂
thank you 🙂
Very clever piece, loved the humour 🙂
thank you ^^
Great, totally different approach to 21st century story telling.
thank you 🙂
KZ,
LMAO. Good stuff.
Tom
thanks 🙂
The cops, they will find this.
Don’t do it!
let’s just hope she knows how to clear the search history ^^ thanks
Oh oh, one thing I’ve learned is never, NEVER leave a trail. Great going on the picture kz! and congrats on winning with the story!! 🙂
haha yup, hope she figures out how to remove the search history. or not. ^^ thanks
Congrats..you are an awesome writer, this won’t be your only reward..just the first of many
thanks so much 🙂
wow, kz, that is amazing. Congratulations:)
thank you 🙂
Brilliantly executed KZ!
thank you ^^
Dear Kz,
I seldom use the word brilliant, but for your clever story I’m making an exception. I’m in tears from laughing so hard. Applause! Bravo!
Shalom,
Rochelle
thanks so much 🙂 it means a lot. ^^
Dear Kz,
That is one of the best FF stories I’ve ever read. (And I’ve read a lot.) I have a feeling that once you had this brilliant idea (and it is sooooo brilliant. I very much wish I’d thought of it) it just took off running in your mind and onto the paper. Imagination in spades, humor in bunches. I am going to remember this one forever. Very well conceived and written.
Aloha,
Doug
awww thank you so much 🙂
I like the structure. You can tell a lot through someone’s Google search…hope she has the foresight to clear her history!!
haha yes. thanks for reading ^^
Fantastic, I loved this – such a great approach to the prompt!
thank you 🙂
Really creative way to build a story — I really liked the format of this. And congrats on winning an entry into the horror compilation! That’s awesome!
thanks so much ^^
Nicely done! Carried us along to the ultimate conclusion. A bit extreme maybe!
First of all, congratulation’s on your win and getting published. That’s huge.
Very clever and ingenious method for conveying this week’s story. I’m always impressed by your talent.
thanks so much ^^
Very CSI-like kz. A creative way to build such a multi-layered story.
Brilliant structure! Very creative story.
And congrats on your publication 🙂
thank you ^^
I am speechless on this one, KZ. Brilliant? AT LEAST that! This is story writing at its finest!!! You have done some great ones, but this has topped even previous efforts. And congratulations on one of your stories getting published. You seem to be on your way. Keep going!
aww thank you for the encouragement and the support ^^
Nothing’s like a woman scorned… I’m starting to see her start a business in meat pies
haha that’s gruesome Björn!! ^^ lol
That’s a really interesting style and structure. Really clever and very much suited to your story.
And remind me to stay away from your protagonist, and to empty my own pockets.
Is this the ‘recent searches’ cache which should be immediately erased from the computer?
Very entertaining!
Hi KZ,
Really great story, and I loved the way you structured it as a kind of diary over several months. Outstanding. Ron
Brilliant. Our browser history is pretty telling. Hopefully she remembers to hit “Clear Private Data” at some point. 🙂
Kz – wonderful new!!! Congratulations. I like the format you used for your story. I wonder if the investigator will search the wife’s computer and use that in the arrest …if they are smart enough – unless all those searches were from the library…
Thanks for your visit. I may have to bring back the Vicar in another episode 🙂
thank you 🙂
This is such a wonderful way of telling the wife’s story. I’m not sure who I’m feeling most sorry for at the end of it. Many congratulations on the competition win.
thank you 🙂
So well done kz, brilliant way of telling a story. Loved it
Dee
thank you 🙂
