Tablescape Thursday

Recently, The Husband and I had friends to dinner. I purchased chargers (new in the box) at a flea market the previous day and they served as inspiration for the table.
I used our wedding china for the second time recently.
And a red luncheon size plate for first course salad.
I mixed and matched sterling flatware. The salad fork is from one set and the entree fork and knife/spoon is from a second set.

I purchased the second set (8 knives, 7 forks, 7 spoons) on the 50% off day at a local estate sale. Every piece was extremely tarnished and the bundle was with the stainless pieces in the kitchen for some reason. I bought them for $37.50! I've attempted to research the pattern, but have had no luck. Do you recognize it?
The glasses are inexpensive ones I found in Target.
The centerpiece candle holders were found separately at an estate sale and garage sale. I stocked up on the candles to fit these several years ago at Garden Ridge during a 75% off sale. I have a large supply of metallic red, gold and green candles for these holders!
The individual salt & pepper shakers have been accumulated from various places over the years.

The tablecloth was purchased new at Stein Mart and I have two identical ones of various lengths that I use depending on how many table leaves are in place. Do you purchase the same tablecloth in various lengths?

The linen napkins are from an estate sale. This set of four are 22" x 22" and as soft as silk.

I need to start scouting for napkin holders. I have two sets (one spring and one fall), but I rarely use them. Perhaps 2011 will be the year I get on the napkin ring bandwagon, or at least learn how to fold my napkins into interesting shapes!

Chargers: Flea market
China: Royal Doulton Alice, wedding present
Salad Plates: Anchor Hocking Ruby Red, borrowed from The Sister
Glasses: Target (does anyone know the name of the pattern?)
Sterling Silver: Salad fork is Easterling's American Classic, others are unknown
Tablecloth: Stein Mart
Linen Napkins: Estate Sale
Candleholders: Estate Sale and Garage Sale

I'm linking up to Susan at Between Naps on the Porch for her Tablescape Thursday. Follow me over there and browse the links to other fantastic tables!

Hi Cindy,

Check out replacements.com. They have everything. You might be able to find out what the pattern is on their site and purchase additional pieces. I bought all of the serving pieces for my Lenox china there.

I have never put together a proper tablescape in my life. If I ever do, I will need some serious pointers. Thank heavens for the internet!

Pretty table! I love the design in the tablecloth, and your wedding china looks wonderful with your red accent pieces! I second the suggestion to send the photo of your silverware to Replacements.com. They are great at identifying pieces!

You've put together a wonderful Valentines tablescape to include men at the table....nice work! The fork on the left resembles Lunt Modern Victorian...not sure, but it's a place to start. Not sure about the others. Thank you for sharing your charming design. Cherry Kay
