Serendipity Stamps Challenge

Hi all, I'm here today with a card for the new Serendipity Stamps Challenge Blog. This fortnight, we would like to see your Masculine cards! So, what with Father's Day approaching, it's time to bust out those papers and stamps that I must admit to not using very much. I do find a masculine theme tricky, as I like a bit of bling and ribbon on my cards!

For my card I have used some fab papers from Echo Park, This & That Charming, which have a very masculine feel. The image is from the Tandem Bicylce set by Serendipity Stamps, and the Hello greeting is also from S.S.

I used some cork as a mat for the two smaller panels, it has such a lovely texture. Finally I added some buttons and twine for my bling fix lol!

Please do visit the rest of the design team for some more Masculine inspiration:

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

Papertake weekly - anything Goes

Crafty Catz - Inspired by a song, Daisy Daisy (Bicycle Made for Two)

Thanks for stopping by,

Pauline

I also struggle with masculine cards, Pauline.
I love your layers, especially the cork, and those papers are perfect for a guy. Lovely stamps and stamping, too. Great job! x

Pauline, your bike image really takes on a masculine feel with the cork and patterned papers you chose...such a great idea for a masculine card.

LOVE the cork and your papers! Is that the cork we bought together? Looks like a FAB masculine card to me! That bike and sentiment look great on the front!

I just about had to sit on my hands too to stop from making a bow! Look at all the layers you've got going on here and the buttons are just right! I love all the texture and the mix of papers too!

What a terrific card Pauline! Love the two seater bike and the buttons! Reminds of the song, " a bicycle built for two".

A lovely card. Great for a guy - I too hate making masculine cards. Thanks for sharing it with us this week at Crafty Catz. Naomi x
